About Our Mold and Air Quality Testing Experts

Since 2008, top-notch mold testing and more have been the name of the game at LRC Indoor Testing & Research. As your independent contractors for professional mold testing in Cary, NC, we are not the “hands-on” guys who actually perform remediation and physically bail you out of your predicament. Rather, we are the technical crew that tests the air and surfaces in your home to determine if a hazard potential exists.

Our team has more than 50 years of combined experience in relevant fields of our unique practice. We have strong expertise in building science and mold spore identification using light microscopy. Our investigations are perfectly suited for numerous conditions, from instances of major water losses to acute health symptoms.

Our professional process is backed by extensive research and highly trusted by functional doctors, remediators, insurance agents, business owners, and homeowners. When your reliable team completes a mold inspection, you can choose to submit samples to our in-house lab. Please click the button below to download our chain of custody form.
